Commitment to prompt response to complaints;
Limerick Volunteer Centre is committed to excellence in customer service. As part of this commitment, we have a complaints procedure to make sure that any concerns about how we operate are dealt with fairly and efficiently.
How to complain;
The first point of contact should be the member of staff which is your point of contact within Limerick Volunteer Centre.
If you are not happy with the outcome, please contact the Co-ordinator of Limerick Volunteer Centre, Paul Moriarty, at paul@volunteerlimerick.ie
If you are not happy with this response (or if you have a complaint regarding the Co- ordinator), please put your complaint in writing and address it to:
Steering Group Chair, Limerick Volunteer Centre, c/o West Limerick Resources Ltd, St. Mary’s Road, Newcastle West, Co. Limerick.
Please mark the envelope “Confidential”.
Our standards for responding to complaints:
Complaints made will be acknowledged within two weeks of the complaint being made. A
response to the complaint will be made within six weeks, although in most cases we will try and respond significantly faster than this.
